Questions families ask us

No — the murti stays your family's choice, and most households have a mandap or artisan they return to every year. Moktra brings the pandit and the full samagri, and works around the murti you bring, including its size and how it is set up.

Yes. Every rite is priced separately, so a booking can be just the Chaturthi morning installation and the Anant Chaturdashi immersion, with nothing in between.

Early muhurats are the norm on Chaturthi and are handled routinely, but they are the first slots to fill. Booking a few days ahead of the festival is the safest way to hold the time you want.

The visarjan booking includes coordination to an approved immersion site near you, and the pandit performs uttarpuja before you leave. Vehicle arrangements beyond 15 km are quoted separately before you confirm.

Yes. Multi-day cover for societies and mandals is arranged directly rather than through the standard flow, since it usually involves fixed daily timings and a larger gathering. Get in touch and we will put it together.

Language is part of the booking. You tell us the language you would like the puja conducted in, and we assign a verified pandit nearby who conducts it that way and knows the vidhi your family follows.

Ganesh Chaturthi · 27 August – 6 September

Reserve your pandit before the muhurats fill.

Chaturthi morning slots in Pune, Mumbai and Nashik go first. Booking now costs nothing until you confirm the estimate.
